Qualifications

- BA/BS required in social work, human services, or related field, MSW, LCSW, or three years of experience.
- Experience in psychology, social services and particularly in the field of HIV/AIDS care is highly desired.
- Preference will be given to those applicants who have experience providing case management to populations with issues including mental illness, substance abuse, chronic health and/or homelessness.
- Familiarity with databases, internet, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Access to reliable transportation required
- Proficient in English oral and written language skills required
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable
Physical Requirements
Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Also, lift up to 15 lbs., stand, stoop, bend, push, pull and climb stairs.
Plan for Continued Training
The incumbent will participate in all agency training and development programs and will maintain continuing education requirements for continued certifications.
