Description

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to come be part of a winning team at one of the world's most respected Automotive Dealerships, Galpin Motors, Inc.! The HR Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR Department and be the first person to welcome visitors and employees to the HR Department. Responsibilities include fielding phone calls,  onboarding new employees, welcoming visitors and employees, filing, data entry, and department  projects. This position directly impacts the overall efficiency of the HR Department and sets the tone for welcoming employee culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Answer all calls coming into the HR Department; Assist employees as necessary 
  • Greet and employees and guests as they enter the lobby area
  • Monitor Galpin internal and external job boards
  • Coordinate pre-hire process for new employees 
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding sessions 
  • Maintain employee and department files
  • Keep department supplies stocked and organized; process department invoices
  • Assist with general correspondence
  • Assist with health insurance wellness program
  • Other projects as assigned
