As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract and source top talent globally. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will serve as a key partner to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, with a focus on building strong candidate pipelines, university recruiting efforts, and supporting our early career development programs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, driven by purpose, and excited to contribute to a mission-focused global organization.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling and coordinating interviews, facilitating offer processes, and maintaining a strong candidate experience throughout.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to identify staffing needs and align on recruitment strategies.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
- Collaborate with HR teams across all locations to ensure consistent recruiting practices and brand representation.
- Support employer branding and sourcing strategies, including social media outreach, job boards, and networking initiatives.
- Support the university and early career recruiting strategy, including attending career fairs, coordinating campus events, and managing candidate communication.
- Serve as on-site early career development program, acting as a liaison between early career talent and managers to ensure a positive experience and professional development opportunities.
