Essential Functions:
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Identify opportunities for new products and improvements by analyzing industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor positioning.
- Product Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic roadmaps that align with Valcom’s long-term vision and market demands.
- Â Product Lifecycle Management: Own the full product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and post-market performance evaluation.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless product execution.
- Customer-Centric Innovation: Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges and ensure our solutions exceed expectations.
- Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement: Develop pricing strategies, product positioning, and training materials to drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators such as revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction to inform future product decisions.
