Social Media Content Creator

We’re seeking a Contract Content Creator to work directly with our marketing team to create the social strategy and produce media.

What You’ll Do

Concept & Strategy: Work with the marketing team to plan content that highlights Megatel’ s communities, homes and brand identity.

Content Production: Capture videos and other creative assets for use on social media, email campaigns, web platforms, and more.

Creative Copywriting: Write engaging captions, descriptions, and marketing messages aligned with Megatel’ s tone.

Platform Management: Schedule and publish content on various social channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistency in brand presentation.

Performance Analysis: Monitor engagement metrics, report on trends, and optimize content based on insights.

What We’re Looking For

Portfolio/Experience: Demonstrated ability to create on-brand, visually striking, trendy content with 2+ years in a similar content creation or marketing role preferred.

Technical Skills: Strong grasp of video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci) and an understanding of social media best practices. Content will be shot on iPhone + DSLR (or cinema cameras). Strong proficiency in paid advertising and organic social media across multiple platforms.

Creativity & Independence: Comfortable taking ownership of projects, self-managing timelines, and delivering final assets with minimal oversight.

Communication: Excellent collaboration skills and responsiveness to feedback from the Megatel team.

Passion for Real Estate: A genuine interest in real estate and lifestyle communities is a plus.
