Experienced Line Cook Needed

Join our dynamic culinary team at Mount Southington! We are seeking an experienced and passionate Line Cook to prepare high-quality meals in a fast-paced, mountain-inspired restaurant. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with daily kitchen operations, including prepping ingredients, setting up stations, and monitoring inventory.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely food service during peak ski season hours.
- Follow all food handling and sanitation guidelines, including proper storage and labeling practices.
- Support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef with special events, menu development, and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant.
- Skills: Strong knife skills, understanding of cooking techniques, and ability to execute dishes under pressure.
- Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and food safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- A passion for food and mountain culture is a plus!
