THIS IS A FULL-TIME, SEASONAL POSITION FOR THE SUMMER 2025 SEASON (APRIL THROUGH THE BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER)

Mission Point Resort, Mackinac Islands’ only full service, casual resort is currently seeking candidates to fill the position of Steward/Dishwasher. This full time/seasonal position is located on Mackinac Island and offers competitive pay, housing, other perks. The ideal applicant will have possess an upbeat attitude, and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Steward/Dishwasher's primary role is to utilize the proper equipment and sanitation techniques to ensure clean dishes, cooking equipment, and kitchens are maintained. This position reports to the Steward Kitchen Lead and Sous Chef.

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent and one year of working in a restaurant kitchen is preferred
  • Ability to work on Mackinac Island seasonally
