REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of a High School diploma and two years experience food service is required
- ServSafe and Etip Certified is helpful
- Understanding of Food and Beverage Point of Sale systems
- Strong knowledge of F&B service processes and procedures
- Understanding of liquor laws and regulations,
- Proactive approach, with exceptional initiative and problem-solving abilities to ensure the highest level of productivity.
- Ability to live and work on Mackinac Island seasonally
