REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of five (5) yeas of operational experience in a restaurant, bar and/or casino with at least two years in a Leadership Role.

Have working knowledge of all aspects of beverage and restaurant operations.

Must have proven experience in the development of Beverage Programs.

Extensive wine and beverage knowledge, (Sommelier Level 1+ preferred)

Ability to cost out beverages

Strong inventory management experience

Knowledge of LARA, TAMS, and Servsafe

ServSafe and/or eTIPS Certified
- Advanced knowledge of Point of Sale system
- Advanced knowledge of bartending processes and procedures
- Proactive approach, with exceptional initiative and problem-solving abilities to ensure the highest level of productivity.
- Ability to live and work on Mackinac Island seasonally
