The RF Test Production Supervisor's responsibilities include supervision of production assembly and the RF test functions. Able to ensure products are assembled and tested for quality according to assigned schedules and standards. Directs the daily activities of assembly personnel and RF test technicians and identifies areas for improvement or advancement. Communicate equipment problems and hardware/product status. Assist in the development of cost-effective assembly/test procedures and purchase of assembly/test equipment as needed. Coordinates inventory control within the department and assists in the administration of the quality system.

- DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and supervises daily activities or entry level, intermediate, senior, and lead assemblers and technicians.
- Responsible for training, monitoring and evaluating the performance of assigned personnel.
- Monitors workmanship standards and train personnel to ensure achievement of quality objectives.
- Assist in the development of cost-effective assembly/test procedures and purchase of assemble/test equipment as needed
- Assist assembly/test manufacturing process refinements and upgrades
- Live according to the company’s core values.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
