Your responsibilities will include watching over members’ children and creating a constructive, fun experience for the child while parents are enjoying other aspects of the club, all aimed at fostering connections and ensuring our team thrives together in a spirit of collaboration and shared purpose.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well-being of the Members. 
•    Greet members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner.
•    Maintain a safe play environment. 
•    Greet parents and listen carefully to their instructions on the care of their children.
•    Create warm welcomes and fond farewells by connecting with each Member.
•    Observe, monitor, and participate in children's play activities.
•    Communicate with children's parents or guardians about activities, behaviors, and related issues.
•    Sanitize toys and play equipment. 
•    Read to children and teach them simple painting, drawing, handicrafts, and songs.
•    Keep records on individual children, including daily observations and information about activities, meals served, and medications administered. 
•    Support children's emotional and social development, encouraging understanding of others and positive self-concepts.
•    Assist in preparing food and serving meals and refreshments to children. 
•    Assist with family events, youth events or other club events. This includes setting up and breaking down events if needed. 
•    Must ensure the cleanliness of the childcare center.
•    Any other duties, as assigned.

Working Conditions:
•    You will be working outdoor activities which could lead to extremes in temperature, humidity and precipitation.
•    Flexible working hours include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled needed.
•    You may experience variable noise levels.

Physical Requirements:
•    Standing, stooping, bending and twisting for most of the workday.
•    Occasionally lifting to 40-6 lbs.
