Hourly Pay Range: $22 - $26

Pay ranges from $22 - $26 per hour depending on multiple factors, including specific location, individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.

Responsibilities   

The Education Coordinator is the right hand to the Virtual Center Operations team. You will schedule teachers and students, greet them as they arrive for their sessions, and collaborate with centers. The Education Coordinator is often the first point of contact between C2 Education, teachers, and our students. This role is vital for students and the success of the center.   

  • Manage virtual lobbies and class schedules to effectively staff sessions    
  • Provide a welcoming environment for parents and students.  
  • Ensure delivery of C2 Education programs and initiatives in alignment with our mission statement.  
  • Call prospective families that have expressed interest in C2 Education services and arrange for a diagnostic test/conference at a local center.  
  • Provide administrative support including answering phones and creating/managing schedules with students and teachers.  
  • Review and monitor all students’ academic progress.  

Schedule 

  • Saturdays 2:00 – 7:00 pm (5 hrs)  
  • Sundays 9:00 am – 1:00 pm (4 hrs) 
  • Mondays 1:00 – 9:30 pm (8 hrs) 
  • Tuesdays 1:00 – 3:00 pm  (2 hrs) 
  • Wednesdays 1:00 – 3:00 pm (2 hrs) 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications  

  • Experience working in a team environment.  
  • College graduate or 2-3 years progressing your career.  
  • Ability to multitask.  
  • Sales Experience.   
  • Eligible to work in the US.  
  • Must have a private, quiet location from which to teach virtual tutoring sessions.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft workspace platform and familiarity with virtual teaching tools.  
  • Internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps. 

To accept this position, you must have the equipment that will allow you to work effectively remotely, including if traveling away from your residence:  

  • Permanent residence in the U.S.  
  • PC laptop or desktop computer (cannot be a tablet or phone) with access to plugged in power  
  • Mouse  
  • Microphone can be built-in or separate  
  • Webcam can be built in or separate  
  • Headphones preferred  
  • Password-protected Wi-Fi availability with adequate bandwidth and speed (minimum internet download speed of 50 mbps and 20 mbps upload speed)  
  • Access to your C2 email address for all communications  
  • Quiet space from which to work  
  • U.S. phone number  

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.).
