Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $95,000. This position is also eligible for Incentive Compensation, assuming the employee achieves on-target incentive compensation goals. A good faith range estimate of Annual Incentive Compensation for this role is $40,000 to $160,000. This can be higher or lower depending on performance and other components. Compensation consists of multiple factors, including specific location, individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and a business line incentive/commission.

Responsibilities
As a District Manager at C2 Education, you will be responsible for 4-8 centers' financial and operational health. Travel regularly to work with your Center Directors within your assigned districts to ensure they are set up for success and able to achieve their financial goals. Collaborate with your Regional Vice President to optimize business outcomes, execute company initiatives, and support center operations.

- Entrepreneurial about growing the business at each center location.
- Manage a team that consists of Center Directors, Education Coordinators, and Teachers.
- Willing to learn to be a subject matter expert in college counseling.
- Lead center teams in a clear, motivating way; build and execute professional development plans for team members.
- Effectively cascade communication about priority initiatives, company objectives, and policies.
- Monitor centers to ensure physical structures are conducive to a productive learning environment.
- Attain area financial goals by leading Center Directors in their efforts and execution of individual center financial goals.
Schedule
Sessions are conducted after school hours to accommodate students and are typically Monday – Thursday 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Each location may vary.
