The Business Development Associate will play a crucial role in recruiting new Service Providers and enhancing our service provider network. This individual will be responsible for generating and vetting leads, as wells as promoting AAA Northeast automotive opportunities. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-oriented, and have a passion for meeting new people, tapping the potential of mixed media outlets and collaborating with others.

What you will do:

  • LEAD GENERATION: • Independently uncover and qualify potential leads. • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective businesses. • Guide prospects through program requirements to achieve eligibility. • Support Field Consultants and Management to achieve monthly and quarterly member satisfaction targets.
  • MARKETING SUPPORT: • Assist in the development and execution of marketing deliverables, campaigns and initiatives, utilizing multimedia formats. • Update and maintain the AAA Northeast Service Provider online portal. • Track effectiveness of marketing efforts and suggest improvements.
  • COLLABORATION AND SUPPORT: • Work closely with the Management and Club resources to strengthen messaging and achieve common goals. • Provide insights and feedback to help refine sales and marketing tactics. • Participate in team meetings, training sessions and professional development.

 

Work Model:  Hybrid, full-time (3 days on-site in Providence RI, 2 days remote)

Schedule:  Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5 pm (can be flexible)

Compensation:  $23.50 - $26.25 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Annual bonuses are some of the additional forms of compensation offered. Qualifications

Education

 

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field. preferred

 

 

Experience

 

  • 2+ years experience in inside sales, telemarketing or a similar role required
  • 3-5 years experience in inside sales, telemarketing or a similar role preferred
