Team Leader - Quality Department

TMC Staffing is seeking a Quality Team Lead to help oversee the Production process. Must be able to work flexible hours up to 10-12 hours when needed, including weekends.

Selected canidate will work in a Quality Insector role until successful training completion (that may range from 1-4 weeks and in some cases longer)

Job Duties:

• Perform production audits: First Piece, In-Process , Finished Goods).
• Perform audits as specified by the Quality Plan and follow quality standard work
• Work in assigned area(s) in manufacturing.
• Use prints, procedures and process control plans to audit manufacturing process.
• and comply with all safety, environmental, and company policy requirements
• Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality documentation
