Compensation
- Salary of $65,000 - $95,000

Position Purpose
The Software Business Analyst II is responsible for working with key members of the business to develop and evaluate system enhancement requirements, to ensure operational readiness, and to verify that new features bound for production meet business standards and needs. The Software Business Analyst is expected to take ownership of the software development process from business needs analysis, through the requirements gathering, to UAT with guidance from Management or Software Business Analyst III.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the conduit between the customer and the software development team through requirements gathering with supervision from Management or Software Business Analyst III.
- Verify operational readiness and accuracy of cases developed by the software team on mid-level to high-level projects.
- Provide mid-level to high-level technical support.
- Work closely with others to identify, document, and create new feature requests and bug reports on mid-level to high-level projects with supervision from Management or Software Business Analyst III.
The performance of the Software Business Analyst II will be evaluated based on his/her effectiveness in evaluating requirements and testing features bound for production. This position is also expected to be the conduit between the customer community and the software development team. Their feedback may be solicited and used during the annual performance reviews.
