We’re looking for an Accounting Operations Supervisor to support our Accounting Manager and oversee our Cash Management and Accounting Specialist teams. What to Know Before Applying:
- Salary range is $70,000 - $83,000/year.
- Schedule is Monday - Friday, 40 hour work week.
- This position is on-site. You have to be able to reliably commute to our office located in Westlake Village.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate staff, handle payroll, disciplinary actions, and employee reviews. Ensure well-being and professional growth.
- Workflow Management: Oversee task documentation, training, and ensure efficient completion of tasks.
- Performance Monitoring: Lead team meetings, encourage input, and ensure team members meet their goals.
- Communication: Respond to team and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Resource Planning: Analyze workloads, anticipate needs, and assist in planning and budgeting.
Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience and prior management experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
