Who are YOU?Â
You are a scientific professional with a degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, geology, toxicology or a similar field. You have at least 3 years of project management experience and you are ready to provide technical and project management expertise and execution of environmental sampling programs, primarily in support of our environmental consulting work for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and other federal, state and local government agencies, as well as the private sector.
What does your day/week look like?
- Provide technical, budgetary, and resource management of multiple and concurrent projects and project teams
- Evaluate and prepare risk assessments, environmental investigation and remediation work plans, designs and reports
- Develop strategies for the remediation and closure of large CERCLA and RCRA sites
- Evaluate site documentation for compliance with federal, state and local standards
- Write reports for clients
- Oversee field investigations and remediation activities
- Occasional long days of field work, with the need to walk or hike through rough and uneven terrain, woodlands, thick vegetation, and on slopes, while carrying supplies
