The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the firm’s goals. This role requires a creative thinker with a deep understanding of the legal industry, a passion for client engagement, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to enhance the law firm’s visibility and reputation.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• Create compelling content for marketing materials, newsletters, and client communications.
• Manage the firm’s branding efforts, ensuring consistency across all platforms and communications.
• Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Organize and promote events, seminars, and webinars to engage clients and prospects.
• Manage the marketing budget and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment with other members of the marketing team.

• Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in marketing software.
