SUMMARY

Infinity Sign Systems, is seeking a self-motivated seller with a customer focused and entrepreneurial mindset to fill its Client Development role. 

Reporting to the National Sales Director, this entry level Sales role requires the individual to perform research on prospective opportunities and make connections that will build relationships, ultimately generating sales opportunities and closes. 

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS may include but are not limited to:

  • Generates qualified sales leads and pursuits across defined market(s) and geopgraphies
  • Sources new sales opportunities through outbound phone calls, emails, inbound leads, follow-ups, networking events and more
  • Updates accounts, contacts, and information in Hubspot
  • Creates, and manages, a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers
  • Maintains and provides weekly behavior and contribution reports
  • Prepares campaign and sequence cadences and other sales information for clients and prospective clients
  • Creates and updates a “playbook” of strategies for seeking specific sales results
  • Works closely with the Sales and Marketing team to create effective strategies and tactics for obtaining qualified opportunities
  • Proactively seeks, connects with, and presents to decision makers of potential clients
  • Participates in client meetings, presentations, and conference calls
  • Educates and guides prospects through the buyer’s journey to demonstrate ISS’s competitive advantages
  • Brings an entrepreneurial mindset and unique thinking approach to advance ISS’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future

 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Knowledge or interest in construction, fabrication, design, and/or architecture
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate, present, assert and speak to all levels of stakeholders involved
  • Willingness to work proactively in a self-directed fashion to engage with others in person, on the phone and via e-mail, messages and other forms of communication
  • Strong drive to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Successfully and consistently apply strategic thinking skills and sound strategy that generate results
  • Proven research skills
  • Ability to creatively identify ways to find new business growth opportunities
  • Ability to follow direction and take constructive criticism
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills
  • Excellent sense of collaboration with various teams within ISS
  • Ability to professionally build and maintain rapport across a broad client audience
  • Can thrive comfortably in a fast-paced environment

 

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a similar degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development

Due to our onsite Fabrication process, the work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, employee may be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and outside weather conditions.
