Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive – Strategic Events to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving AT&T product and service sales, including wireless and fiber, through event-based strategies. You will be responsible for identifying, planning, and executing sales opportunities at both small, local events such as farmers markets and large-scale fairs, as well as collaborating on AT&T partnership events. With full autonomy to build and execute your own events, you will work closely with AT&T to grow market share and expand customer reach in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Strategy & Execution: Identify, plan, and execute local events such as farmers markets, fairs, and other community events to sell AT&T wireless and fiber products and services.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with AT&T on strategic partnership events to align efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify new event opportunities in target areas, ensuring a constant pipeline of events for lead generation and sales.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales through effective event execution, engaging directly with potential customers, demonstrating products, and closing sales.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, local businesses, and community leaders to secure prime event locations and opportunities.
- Event Coordination: Manage logistics including event setup, staffing, and post-event follow-up to ensure seamless execution.
- Autonomy & Innovation: Utilize your creativity and entrepreneurial mindset to innovate event strategies that attract foot traffic and increase brand visibility.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report on event performance, sales outcomes, and ROI to inform future strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
