Primary Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains quality, accurate clinical charts for all clients served.
- Provides clinically competent mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment services; develops clinical impressions; formulates and reviews treatment plans; plans and conducts individual and group counseling (when possible) sessions in accordance with identified treatment goals and objectives.
- Advocate with jail staff
- Complete care coordination as needed
- Consults with multi-disciplinary team, consumer, and referral sources prior to therapeutic discharge
- communication with hospital and jail staff.
