Primary Responsibilities:
- Serves as the agency representative on the Quick Response Team (QRT), working on a team following up on recent overdoses by referring client to counseling and other supportive services.
- Provides clinically competent substance use treatment services.
- Develops clinical impressions.
- Formulates and reviews treatment plans.
- Plans and conducts individual and group counseling sessions in accordance with identified treatment goals and objectives.
- Participates in drug screen monitoring.
- Develops and maintains quality, accurate clinical charts for all clients served.
- Jail Assessment and Screening Services in the Greene County jails
- Facilitating initial appointments with appropriate agencies along with arranging transportation.
