Sr. Process Tech

• Responsible for complex processes and operations in production; assist with line setups and changeovers (programming); troubleshoot/problem solve process issues
• Adjusts setups, programming, calibrations etc. of equipment as required; monitor part quality; perform process checks
• Collect production data; analyze data and make recommendations for improvements
• Create and modify manufacturing work instructions
• Apply quality standards to production processes; perform quality inspections
• Assist with new equipment/products, and prototypes
• Consults with engineers, maintenance and tooling personnel, and other specialists to solve production and process related issues
• May train and mentor other production technicians and/or operators

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training and/or certification preferred
• Five (5) or more years experience with process manufacturing
• Understanding of industrial safety rules and regulations
• Proficient in blueprint reading, job packet and work instruction; able to perform basic shop floor math
• Experienced fork truck operator; certification preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner
