Minimum Job Qualifications
· 4+ years of proven social media experience with specific experience in leading and managing the day-to-day operations of social media marketing channels.
· Bachelor’s degree in advertising, digital media, marketing, communications or related field.
· Knowledge of social media management tools (i.e. Birdeye, Sprinklr, Sprout and/or Vista Social).
· Demonstrated experience with digital analytics platforms and tools, such as GA4, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Glassdoor Enhanced Profile, Indeed Company Profile, LinkedIn Careers Page Administrator, and Microsoft Excel.
· Creative mindset with excellent content creation and storytelling skills.
· Results-driven and ability to meet and exceed goals.
· Ability to multi-task, focus on priorities and maintain attention to detail.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Prior experience in marketing for a large regional multi-site and/or healthcare organization a plus.
· Intermediate level Adobe Photoshop helpful.
This role is in person at the Twin Cities headquarters M-F 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. CST. The Social Media Specialist will be part of a collaborative, creative team and report to the Digital Marketing Manager.

The starting salary range for this role is $55,000-$60,000 annual base salary. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: geographic location, relevant education, applicable certifications, depth of experience, and special skillsets. The total compensation package for this position may also include the opportunity to participate in employee benefits including our medical/dental/vision/pet insurance, disability and life insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement plans, subject to applicable plan terms, and/or eligibility for other compensation.
