Education/Licensure/Certification Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent experience in human resources field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in benefits administration or similar role
- Certification in benefits or human resources (CEBS, SHRM-CP, PHR) (preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Familiarity with benefits regulations, including but not limited to ADA, FMLA, ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and short lead times, while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exercising extreme attention to detail in all matters.
- Proficiency using HR and payroll systems
- Proficiency in English with excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work with highly confidential information with discretion
- Technical proficiency in all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
The starting salary range for this role is $75,000-$83,000 annual base salary. This range is a good faith estimate; we may pay more or less than the posted range, and this range may be modified in the future. Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The total compensation package for this position may also include the opportunity to participate in employee benefits including our medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) retirement plans, subject to applicable plan terms, and/or eligibility for other compensation.
