Job Description

 

The Manager of Clinical Services is responsible for ensuring that patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately. The Manager of Clinical Services is responsible for ensuring that care and services are delivered appropriately and for the supervision of clinical personnel.

 

  • You will instruct and guide clinicians to promote more effective performance and delivery of quality hospice care services.
  • You will reviews patient's medical diagnosis, prognosis, medications, procedures and clinical course and attend case conference meetings with hospice personnel to facilitate coordination of care and discussion of interdisciplinary group involvement.
  • You will assist with the screening and interviewing, orientation of new employees evaluating and terminations of personnel under the delegation of the Regional Director of Clinical Operations.
  • You will oversee the maintenance of patient clinical records and compliance with local, state and federal laws.
  • You will also over see the inventory of supplies and equipment for provision of patient services.
  • You will assess health needs of community and assist in the development of plan to meet needs.

Qualifications

Required

  • RN licensure for the state(s) you work in
  • Clean driving record, and valid driver’s license and auto insurance
