The Account Representative is responsible for calling on assigned accounts to establish relationships and generate referrals. Additionally, the Account Representative is responsible for coordinating marketing efforts to engage with assigned referral sources. The Account Representative will collaborate with intake and sales team members to ensure leads are allocated appropriately.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone/virtual sales calls to assigned referral sources
- Coordinate and distribute marketing materials to assigned referral sources
- Maintain an active list of referral sources and document activity in the CRM
- Work with regional sales staff to investigate new business opportunities
- Schedule educational in services for local teams to deliver, or provide them virtually
- Assist with the management of the LiveChat feature for customer engagement
