Description

The Billing Coordinator works with our Commercial Contract Manager to prepare accurate and timely billing for assigned Commercial accounts. This position requires good working relationships and excellent communication skills to ensure that billing is completed within an acceptable period of time. This position reports directly to the Commercial Contracts Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Completes and processes AIA documents for customer billing

  • Completes a variety of different types of billing on a weekly basis for commercial accounts

  • Updates and balances RFMS according to Contract and Change Order amounts

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
