Recovery Resources is seeking a Community Prevention Specialist to be impactful and a catalyst for positive change. This role offers the opportunity to lead important prevention initiatives within the community by means of developing and delivering alcohol, tobacco, other drug and problem gambling and/or awareness education to youth and adults. In this role you will work with diverse, underserved, at-risk populations; collect data, generate reports and make recommendations to further expand programming; respond to external inquiries regarding prevention education programming; and prepare daily activity logs, reports and other required documentation. You will have the opportunity to drive meaningful outcomes in the fight against substance abuse and problem gambling. Qualifications

Requirements include:

  • Becoming a Registered Applicant for OCPS within six months of hire
  • Experience in Public Speaking
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High School Diploma / GED
