As Executive Chef, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of culinarians in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, where made-from-scratch quality is paramount. You lead with humility, humor, and intent, always maintaining focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities - The Primary job of the Executive Chef includes but is not limited to:
- Lead, manage and hold culinary team accountable through employee life cycle
- Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings, shift meetings, and performance reviews with direct reports aligning with our operating system of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
- Identify & implement ongoing trainings to enhance team skills and maintain operational standards
- Lead culinary team training for new menu tastings and seasonal rollouts in collaboration with other departments
- Ensure consistent execution of production and pack-out, meeting brand and operational standards.
- Oversee food quality to ensure all output meets company standards
- Hold the culinary team accountable to our core processes, SOP’s, and recipes
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and labor laws, maintaining inspection readiness at all times.
- Foster a culture of care for the kitchen, its tools, and equipment.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to monitor daily & monthly production, including bulk production planning
- Work with the purchasing department to ensure recipe documentation is accurate and up to date
- Collaborate on budget proposals and oversee corresponding project management plans.
- Attend and participate in weekly BEO meetings
- Lead menu creation and innovation in partnership with all departments to incorporate seasonality, trends, and our brands.
- Collaborate with the special events team to support culinary training and in-field event preparation.
- Perform standardized office tasks such as scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and payroll tracking.
- Manage in-field event chef hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling.
- Work in-field event chef shifts as needed
