Requirements:Â
- Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3Â years of experience in helpdesk support
- Proficiency in administering Windows operating systems
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Strong communication and customer service skillsÂ
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be willing to work 5 days a week on-site in Windsor Mill, MD

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws.
