Job Title: Public Areas / Guest Services Attendant

Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Public Areas Attendant to join our guest service team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all public spaces in our hotel and resort — including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, elevators, and entrances — and ensuring they are always clean and comfortable for guest-use. You’ll also assist with guest needs and requests using our digital service management app, HotSOS, to provide timely and professional service that enhances the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of ALL hotel public areas, including (though not limited to):

Lobby, front desk area, library, game room, gym, conference rooms, guest corridors, elevators, restrooms, stairwells, and entrances

Restock and refresh supplies in public restrooms (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper, feminine hygiene products)

Assist the Events / F&B team with set-up or disassembly of event spaces (for Weddings, Conferences, Reunions, etc)

Dust, polish, mop, vacuum, and clean surfaces, furnishings, and high-touch points
