Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment, preferably with breakfast and lunch preparation experience.
- Strong culinary skills, with proficiency in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes from scratch
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Creativity and a passion for culinary arts, with a willingness to contribute ideas for menu development and improvement.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the operational needs of the lodge.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
