Family Care Network is a provider-owned and physician-led family medicine organization in northwest Washington State. We are actively recruiting board-certified Family Physicians (MD/DO) to join our outstanding healthcare teams.

 

We have eleven outpatient clinics serving more than 100,000 patients from diverse backgrounds. In addition, we offer a variety of additional services including three urgent care centers, an inpatient hospitalist team, clinic-based behavioral health, care management, sports medicine and laboratory services. Our clinic-based physicians vary widely in their practices with some focusing solely on outpatient care while others add some combination of OB care, urgent care and inpatient care. Our clinics are located in Bellingham, Ferndale, Lynden, Birch Bay, Mount Vernon, and Anacortes.

Compensation:

Physicians joining a Family Care Network clinic are offered a 15-month Associate Physician contract which includes an annual salary of $230,000 (pro-rated if less than full-time), a $10,000 transition bonus, and a $10,000 signing bonus for a total of $250,000 in the first year of employment. Upon satisfactory completion of the Associate period (which typically occurs in 12-15 months), the Physician will likely become eligible for co-ownership and receive approval to become a Member Physician.

Immunization Requirements: Employees are required to meet immunization standards in accordance with federal, state, and organizational health and safety guidelines, as applicable to the role. A simple process is in place for employees to request exemptions for medical or religious reasons.
