Position: Full-time Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, exempt (salary)
Compensation:Â The full salary scale (based on 1.0 FTE) is $71,219 - $106,870 annually. Placement within the wage range is determined by a candidate/s relevant experience.

Job Summary: Responsible for the overall management, implementation, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with FCN strategy, commitments and goals in collaboration with company leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage planning and implementation on a variety of projects, including definition of project scope, goals, budget, tasks, timelines, resource requirements and deliverables that support our goals.
- Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Schedule and lead/facilitate project team meetings. Prepare agendas; record information, decisions and assignments; and keep team members updated.
- Monitor progress of project milestones and deliverables.
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions to leadership and process owner as needed.
- Manage changes in project scope in a proactive manner.
- Resolve and/or escalate issues and conflicts in a timely fashion.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members as appropriate.
- Conduct project evaluations and assessment of results.
- Seek assistance as needed and communicate questions timely and appropriately.
- Adhere to assigned work schedule (attendance and punctuality).
- Additional duties as assigned.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of a medical office practice, including administration, technology and clinical processes.
- Ability to bring together and apply knowledge from a variety of resources, to support project success.
- Solid knowledge of a variety of project management tools, concepts, practices and procedures.
- Demonstrated project specific knowledge, experience and ability to research.
- Decision-making and ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with frequent interruptions.
