Client Service

You will be the primary point of contact from Occasions & History Colorado for the client, planner, Occasions Event Staff and any other key stakeholders from the moment you assume control of an event until you depart the event. Virtually all communications will flow through you, and they will look to you as their venue expert. You will adhere to established venue guidelines and ensure all teams are treating the venues with respect.

Event Leadership

For the events you are scheduled to manage, you will be expected to check in with the lead catering captain on the event to ensure that the clients' vision and expectations are fully understood by the team executing the event. The event team should be empowered by the deep knowledge you’ve accumulated regarding the event and the client. In all cases, you’ll actively seek opportunities to interact with clients, captains, bartenders, chefs, and planners to nurture your relationship with them throughout the event. In cases where needed, you will step In and assist the Occasions team to ensure a successful event.
