Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate area of specialization with experience in collegiate athletics; Master's Degree preferred.
- Knowledge of NCAA and MAAC rules and regulations, specifically pertaining to academic eligibility.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a time sensitive, team-oriented, collaborative environment with irregular hours, including nights and weekends; problem solve, think creatively and organize; have a sense of urgency and work well under pressure; exercise good judgment, flexibility, and sensitivity in response to changing situations and needs.
- Takes initiative, great attention to detail and possesses strong follow up skills.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Peoplesoft, Blackboard, ARMS, CAi is preferred.
