Required Qualifications and Credentials:
- MSW from a CSWE accredited program required
- NYS license or license eligible (LMSW or LCSW)
- Social work practice experience in an interprofessional setting
- Minimum of three years teaching social work in higher education
- Minimum of three years supervising social work students in a practicum setting
- NYS SIFI certification (or willing to complete within first semester of employment)

- Student-centered and strengths-based orientation to the education of social work students
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Strong computer/technology skills
- Flexible, proactive, visionary comfortable with the process of innovation
- Demonstrated engagement of anti-racism in teaching
- Highly collaborative work style
- Willingness to work regular schedule that will include some evenings, and occasionally to adjust regular schedule to meet program needs (e.g., weekend events)
Desired Experience/Abilities
- Experience with interprofessional education and practice facilitation
- Prior practice simulation experience
- Conversational Spanish fluency
- Spanish biliteracy (reading/writing)
