Description

The Department of Management in the Iona University’s LaPenta School of Business is seeking applications for one tenure-track position as an Assistant Professor of Healthcare and General Management (tenure track) to begin in August of 2025. We particularly seek candidates with teaching and research interests in healthcare management.

Applicants must possess a doctorate in management or healthcare management or be nearing completion of their doctorate.  Teaching responsibilities may be at the undergraduate and graduate levels and will likely include general management courses.

Successful candidates will possess strong evidence of a commitment to excellence in teaching, ideally applying the experiential learning process, and will demonstrate a strong current program of research.
