In conjunction with the Behaviorist Supervisor, the Behaviorist plans and provides behavior management programs for youth (ages 14-21) enrolled in the program. Provides related services to administrators, staff, parents, and the community as appropriate. Actively participates in the development and implementation of policies relative to the management of problematic behaviors. Identifies target behavior, conducts the Functional Behavioral Assessment as well as the plan development. Obtains all approvals and consents for the behavior plan. Monitors all plans, supervises all documentation, and is responsible for all training of staff involved in behavior plans.

Full time, some on-call responsibilities
