Job Summary: Our team serves private equity firms and their portfolio companies from a holistic human capital risk perspective. We are innate problem solvers, and we help companies grow by creating value for companies and for their employees relative to HR strategy including HR policy, benefit strategy, employee engagement/communication, and human capital management technology. The Client Executive will be responsible for participating in setting client strategy, managing the cadence of client service, listening for the needs of our clients, assisting in supporting the client's day to day needs, project managing the process to achieve desired outcomes and exceed client expectations in alignment with agreed upon timelines.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Client Management
    • Providing best in class client service by exceeding client expectations for a book of business representing clients of various size, scope, and geographic locations through effective project management and proactive strategy
    • Participate in setting strategy for clients pertaining to Human Capital Risks including Human Capital strategy, Benefits, Compliance, Change Management, and Communications while engaging appropriate subject matter experts
    • Resolve client, and vendor-related day-to-day service issues
    • Manage entire client service experience
    • Create relationships with various client stakeholders from executive leadership to support staff

 

  • Project Management
    • Be able to proactively project manage client service plans and needs and be willing to take responsibility for ensuring the team meets project deadlines
    • Maintain open and transparent communication with the entire HCR team, and be able to discuss timelines and set clear expectations for deliverable due dates   

 

  • Benefit Renewal / Vendor Sourcing Process - Assist in the management of the employee benefits plan renewal or vendor sourcing process
    • Display knowledge and understanding of transparent health benefit strategies, including:
      • Alternative funding mechanisms, including level funding and self-funding
      • Mechanisms of self-funding medical/Rx programs, inclusive of stop loss marketing
      • Best in class PBM contract terms
      • Other advanced cost containment measures such as reference-based reimbursement, direct contracting etc.
    • Ensure project management of renewal/vendor sourcing activities
      • Gather vendor information and/or information from clients for RFP/sourcing
      • Organize data into the appropriate format for vendor submission
      • Prepare RFP and send to vendors
      • Assist in the analysis of quotes for accuracy
    • Develop client strategies with PE HCR team in alignment with PE strategies
    • Prepare client deliverables and assist in the creation of the communication strategy
    • Coordinate implementation of new plans and or continuation of benefit plans and contract changes
    • Ensure client compliance
  • Practice Development
    • Help develop and optimize the client service experience including process, deliverables, and definition of success
    • Mentor and develop client service team members
    • Support business development opportunities
    • Contribute to thought leadership
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, risk management, or human resources management
  • Minimum 5-10 years of industry experience
  • Appropriate state license is required
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize client needs in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong organization skills and process oriented
  • A self-motivated individual who is willing to work in a team environment and do what it takes to get the job done
  • Outstanding communication skills both oral and written essential
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and other project management tools

$85,000 - $100,000  salary range plus bonus opportunity and benefits. This information reflects the anticipated range for this position.  Actual salary may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
