Program heads play an integral leadership role at camp, modeling tone and culture for staff and campers alike and setting the tone for living Christian Science at camp. Program heads plan and lead their programs, including daily activities and three-day outtrips. They provide feedback and coaching support to their program counselors in conjunction with their camp directors and support cabin life and other camp activities as needed.
