The Client Experience Advisor acts as the customer advocate ensuring seamless service for Airshare’s Managed accounts. The Advisor develops and manages loyalty by nurturing relationships and providing personalized service while developing strong working relationships. The goal is the utmost confidence and trust in the services of Airshare through daily tasks and outside-of-the-box thinking. This is an onsite/in-person job located in Shelton, CT.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external clients
- Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues
- Develop and maintain relationships with all clients, both new and existing
- Answer incoming calls and emails in an engaging and professional manner
- Arrange private travel for all retail clients in the company’s scheduling system
- Arrange passenger logistics including catering and ground transportation
- Communicate service disruptions to our clients in a concise, accurate, and empathetic manner
- Develop and maintain passenger and company profiles for all retail clients
- Maintain current knowledge of the company aircraft fleet and product offerings
- Maintain current knowledge of aircraft and airport performance capabilities
- Continually follow and improve departmental processes and procedures
- Provide backup coverage for other departments within the company as requested by the Director of Owner Services or higher authority
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned by the Manager of Client Services or higher authority
