What You'll be Doing
- Ensure new hire onboarding paperwork is assigned and completed prior to start date.
- Coordinate New Team Member Training.
- Update Salary Survey and other Human Resources spreadsheets.
- Assist in organization of Human Resources records, employment files, and terminated employee information.
- Complete timely reports on employment activity as requested by the Director of Human Resources.
- Assign and track various items, such as performance reviews, CPR certifications, professional licenses, etc.
- Respond to Employment Verifications.
- Coordinate and maintain various spreadsheets of Human Resources information.
- Assist with HR projects, meetings, and trainings.
- Prepare reports for departmental or internal communications.
What You Can Expect

What You Bring to the Role
- Minimum high school diploma or GED.
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks at once.
- ATS & HRIS experience (Paycom preferred).
- MS Office
