Description

General Responsibilities:

  • Ensure employee compliance with all company policies and state/federal regulations
  • Recruitment and onboarding: assisting with the recruitment process including posting job openings, onboarding new employees, and providing orientation
  • Maintain employee records and update as needed
  • Maintain company organization charts
  • Update company policies and benefits package
  • Facilitate communication between management/department heads and employees
  • Educate employees on company benefits and rewards
  • Develop training materials and programs within Paycom to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Assist management with corrective action, conflict resolution, and accidents
  • Process and submit weekly payroll
  • Perform 401k audits
  • Complete and submit verifications of employment for banks and employers
  • OSHA and Workers Comp processing and completion
  • Maintain HR systems and processes

Qualifications

A qualified candidate should meet most, if not all, of the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s in human resources management
  • Preferred 1 year minimum HR experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Mathematical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Paycom a plus

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid Georgia driver’s license.
  • Pass a criminal background check.
  • Pass a physical and drug screening.
