WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?
- Bachelor’s degree in human services required.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in working with children and families. Experience working with children who have serious emotional disturbances is preferred.
- Must have demonstrated excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must obtain and maintain Southwestern Clinical Staff Organization (CSO) membership.
- Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check and drug screen.
