- Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies, certificate in paralegal studies or similar field and/or relevant experience
- Two to four years of experience working as a Paralegal in either a firm or corporate setting, preferably in a corporate setting
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat, Excel and Word
- Ability to collaborate and work well with internal and external stakeholders including operations, business development, compliance, legal, regulatory and administrative personnel
- Excellent analytical, organization and negotiation skills, as well as initiative to work independently
- Willingness to be flexible and adaptive and the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- The highest standards of ethics and professional integrity
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience will federal contracts is a plus
- Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
There is a minimal risk of injury. Work hours are generally during normal business hours. Business travel may be required on an as needed basis.
