Paint Prepper/Buffer Job Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and other prep work.
• Buff and polish vehicle surfaces to a high-gloss finish after painting.
• Assist with additional duties in the shop as needed, contributing to overall workflow and efficiency.

Paint Prepper/Buffer Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in paint prep, buffing, or polishing.
• Ability to stand, lift, and move around the shop throughout your shift.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
