We are unique in that we are a hybrid of an operating business and private equity fund. We raise capital from a relatively small group of investors and deploy it in the acquisition of automotive dealerships, businesses in other retail segments, ancillary businesses, similar industry verticals, and corresponding real estate. These are integrated into our platform and operated for the long term. With 40+ businesses across the West, we are at an inflection point where we are adding talent to help drive our growth and business architecture.
